"COCKTAIL MARTISQUIUS". INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:

· 0.750 l.. *- a bottle of cool champagne.

· 0.200 l.. - Blue Curaçao (It is basic)

· 0.030 l.. . - Cointreau.

· 0.050 l.. - Gin.

· Be awareof the different measures of capacity! Our litre (l.) equals to 1,000 cubic centimetres.

PREPARATION: Use a recipient or a cocktail shaker with a capacity of about 1.5 l. First pour the whole champagne bottle; then, add the blue Curaçao, the Cointreau and the Gin all together and remove it gently with a spatule from bottom to top. Now it is ready to be put into the refrigerator.This cocktail must be served quite cold, about 3/5 degrees, and when served add 3 or 4 ice-cubes.
